Lead Court Surface Installer

The mission of the Lead Court Surface and Equipment Installer is to lead and elevate a team of installers to deliver exceptional court installations, ensuring client satisfaction and embodying the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Lead, mentor and manage a job-crew towards efficient and high-quality job completion.
Excel in the installation, maintenance, and repair of court surfaces and equipment, meeting the needs of both residential and commercial clients.
Act as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Uphold high standards of appearance and workmanship within the crew and all projects.
Ensure positive and professional interactions with both residential and commercial clients.

You have expert knowledge in general construction and flooring installation.
You have strong leadership and team management skills.

You are physically fit and resilient, paired with having a strong work ethic and professionalism.
