Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator

The Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly inventoried, organized, and delivered to project sites on schedule. This role is crucial in minimizing errors and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations, contributing to the seamless execution of our projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
Inventory all items on racks and shelves for efficient recall.
Organize materials for each project in designated areas (we call this Kitting the Job), ensuring accuracy and readiness for delivery.
Check in all materials for all incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage, marking them clearly for designated projects.
Uphold high standards of appearance and workmanship within the crew and all projects.
Deliver all materials to project sites, staging them in the proper work areas.
Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.
Schedule vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure delivery reliability.
Ensure all tools and equipment are in working order.
Maintain effective communication with the project management staff and other team members.
